About Cary

I have been a Washington Resident for 35yrs, and I live in Easton, Washington! Between Real Estate and Lending, I have over 24yrs of Knowledge and Hands-On work Experience, in so many different facets of the Real Estate Universe.

I have worked between Washington State and Nevada State, assisting my clients from in-person home tours, to listings, to their loan approvals, then getting to guide them through their escrow process. My Real Estate background also includes purchasing several properties at foreclosure auctions in downtown Seattle, which gave me firsthand insight into investment strategy, risk, and market cycles. Away from work in the summer time, I lift weights 4 days a week, mountain bike, play Tennis and Golf, jet ski, Water ski and Wakeboard. In the winter time, I’ve been Snow Skiing for 40yrs and we live only 15mins from Snoqualmie Summit, plus we have two snowmobiles for our winter time play. I married my Jr High Sweet Heart Kerri, in 2023, so we are living the dream. We built a brand-new 2800sf house, on our 5 acres in Easton and now we live in the White House!
